3G is just short for third generation these kinds of mobile phones are like the phones of the future. There are also second generation mobile phones and 2.5 but these days the mobile phones that people are yearning for are those third generation phones that are manufactured by different telecommunication companies with the features that everybody wants a phone to have.
3G mobile phones allow video call which a couple of years ago is still deemed maybe not impossible but maybe something that people are not expecting to have anytime soon. 3G phones are so in demand in the market and it is definitely selling like hot cake.
